On the whole a nice team but as we say in sales, the ‘commission breath’ makes you feel like the sale is more important than finding the right bike for the right person. It erodes trust in the advice. Long term partnership and trust is more valuable than short term wins IMO.

I had a disappointing experience at this dealership while looking for a new Ducati. I visited last summer and spent a significant amount of time walking around the showroom, but not once was I approached or assisted by any of the staff.
Despite being there for at least 15 minutes and seeing plenty of employees around, no one made the effort to acknowledge me or offer help.
I went back another time to buy clothing, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, I had the same poor experience.
If you’re in the market for a new motorcycle. I would not recommend this dealer, I decided not to order my bike here.

Super thankful to the staff at Moto Rotterdam - ride in without a booking in search of a rear tyre - they were obliging & fitted us in to do the tyre change while we waited. Can’t ask for better service.

Great experience! I recently bought a new bike from Moto Rotterdam. Tim and team were helpful and responsive through the entire process, and everything was delivered on time as promised. I will definitely return.

Dirty work and they didn't even respect my Warranty don't understand why. Told them since I dropped my bike that I still have the warranty and guess that because my plate is not Dutch no need the same treatment. That's how I felt. Oh and I paid 950 euros.... Quite a lot to feel like this. I put two stars because they have some cool and nice people as well (to me this people deserves 5 stars but not the whole place)
