I recommend Gebro Scooters very highly, their customer service is excellent. My scooter broke down and Gebro collected it on Monday, fixed it and returned it on Tuesday. They kept me updated while it was with them and the price was very reasonable. If you're looking for a scooter in the Utrecht area definitely check out Gebro.

This company truly works with passion and a good heart for their customers. I can't say anything else.
We came here with my son's scooter, the engine had seized up after a visit to another scooter shop in the area. Of course, Gebro didn't comment on the complaints or possible misconduct of their competitor, and that's how it should be, but it was clear to me that we wouldn't be going there again. And we will.
All in all, everything on the engine was replaced, and the scooter was returned afterward because some of the complaints weren't resolved. They then took the entire engine apart again, because "this is a perfectly good scooter and we just need to get it working again. We're going to fix this." For that last step, we only paid for the materials at cost price, because they "just want this boy to have a nice scooter," and it's such a bizarre story. They really want to make their customers happy. An honest story, they think along with you, and show photos and videos of the job and the removed parts. When we returned a week later, because the scooter suddenly stalled again, it turned out there was something else wrong. They resolved that quickly as well. Once again, incredibly excellent service. They're so driven to solve the problem. That's when you have a passion for your work; that's what your customers want...
Don't hesitate, just go to Gebro. They've become our go-to place. A ten out of ten!

Bought a great scooter from Gebro last week. It looks like new and is priced well, with friendly, helpful staff. Our daughter is thrilled with it.
