I arrived and was told that they could not accept me, I could leave the car and wait until the evening to pick up the car. Before I handed the car over to the mechanic, I showed that my hood lock was broken, when I got the car back, the lock was still broken - although I got a paper stating that the lock had been checked and lubricated (there was a broken cable). I hope you were more professional in everything else. Oh, and I was also offered to replace the brake pads, which were between 5 and 6 mm thick (why the replacement?). But there's a small plus, the consulate helped me open the hood - thank you! he found a way to fix the cable, the mechanic had already gone home by then.
