3* because was told there is no waiting area, when in fact, there was. Had to go about in the cold to get a bus or uber to get back home. Apart from that, the car was serviced correctly and the techs cleaned it up both inside and out.

I recently purchased a Lynk & Co 08 from Volvo Niham in Wassenaar, and I'm incredibly satisfied with the entire experience. From the very first contact, Tim Hoogendijk assisted me in a professional, friendly, and personal manner.

I recently acquired a beautiful 2018 Volvo V90. Two weeks ago, I suddenly received an error message on the display, indicating that the engine power had been reduced.
I called several Volvo dealers to diagnose the problem, and Niham Naaldwijk was the only one who could help me on short notice.
I was able to bring the car in last Thursday, and that afternoon I received a message that there was a problem with the hybrid system that could be repaired under the factory warranty. However, the part was out of stock and had been ordered. I immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment to have the car repaired as soon as the part arrived.
In the meantime, I picked up the car because I needed it until the repair date. I received excellent assistance from Michael Bode, the workshop manager. He clearly explained the problem and was also able to quickly answer some of my questions about the car's operation, despite the busy workshop. I was very impressed with his ready knowledge and skills, hats off to Michael and thanks again for the quick action with the broken battery.
