Wrote them in the morning an e-mail describing the issue with my car. Got very quick (1-2 hours later) response. Appointment agreed for 13:00 and at 14:00 car was fixed. That I call very good service!

Extremely Disappointed with Broekhuis Volvo Utrecht Leidsche Rijn
I had a very poor experience with the Broekhuis Volvo garage in Utrecht (Leidsche Rijn). In April 2025, I brought in my Volvo for routine maintenance and reported a persistent issue with the central locking system—it worked intermittently, sometimes functioning, sometimes not.
When my wife picked up the vehicle, the mechanic casually attributed the problem to weak key fob batteries, replaced them without a proper diagnosis, and charged us accordingly. Unsurprisingly, this did not resolve the issue.
I scheduled a follow-up appointment in May, reiterating the same complaint. This time, I was told the issue was resolved via a software update. Yet again, within a day, the problem reappeared.
I attempted to escalate the matter to the garage manager. He did call back once, but the call was disconnected. He left a voicemail promising a follow-up, but I never heard from him again.
While the dealership invests in shiny offices and complimentary coffee, their ability to handle anything beyond basic maintenance is limited. If you're dealing with a more complex technical issue, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Style over professionalism.
