We picked up the car today. Service connected, including cleaning the car. In fact, apart from the slightly dusty interior, there was nothing there. The windows are dirty, erased. The interior is unfortunately a dessert. We are happy about the new car, but let's think about what surprises will await us. Was the oil safe?

Amazing customer service - I can only have praises for this dealership. Our private lease electric car had an electronic bug, preventing us from charging it (a bit annoying when you are visiting the area and we’re planning to recharge before heading back home). Not only did they slot a check-up on a busy week day but they also arranged for a replacement car when it turned out it would take longer to sort out; which was pretty fantastic considering they were not our primary dealership. Additionally, all the staff was really nice and helpful all along, especially with our dog!

I have a Peugeot car and needed to change the car plates and did not have any tool for that, otherwise I would have done it myself. They told me that they were busy, only had free spot on 6th February, when it was 9th January. One month waiting for a 10 mins work? Are you kidding? Good customer care haha….

Just got my yearly periodic checkup, courteous, polite and very professional service as always. Even though I've heard it several times you're explained the process each and every time by the very patient workshop crew and any questions are answer in detail.
