Very responsive to questions and requests. They did everything necessary to have my car delivered before the end of the year in order to prevent a higher tax rate. Setting up the car was done sparsely though, but the salesman apologized for not having more staff available to help me with that, as it was an extremely busy time with more deliveries than usual. I'll go back in a month or two for things I haven't figured out myself yet.

Good overall experience buying a previously unused car. Getting to know the car is a bit of an adventure, with mosty videos that do not match the exact model (and generation) of the car.
I cannot compare with other experiences of buying new cars today, but overall my opinion is quite positive.

Had a great experience at the Renault Hedin. Veli was extremely helpful and supportive in the whole process from selection till I got the car. Really the best dealership from all the ones I visited in Eindhoven..

Pretty relaxed team and a very nice venue, with a lot to offer. It was really helpful that their English is good and we could speak easily. Took a car for a test drive and it all went well. Would recommend them

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car here, and I must say the experience was exceptional. Martin, the salesperson, provided exemplary service throughout the entire process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to address all my queries and concerns. His honesty made me feel comfortable buying a car from him.
Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with obtaining a parking permit in Amsterdam, which made it impossible for me to keep the car and I had to return it. However, if I will buy a car in the future, I will definitely do that here. Thank you Martin!
