We just received an awful service when we came here. As expats we can’t yet speak Dutch well. So we asked representative if he can speak english. He responded in dutch that he can’t speak english. We anyway got to the car and he out of sudden started to explain us everything in a very good english... He looked like he was annoyed by us and couldn’t wait until we leave! Will never come back here again nor recommend to any of our friends. I can only advise the management team of the company work on consumer service part of the stuff.
