Though the staff is nice it is an Opel dealer and not a Ford dealer though they tried. My car was filled with the wrong oil (my Ford needs very special oil) and the airconditioning did not get very cold though they refilled it and worked on it. The car was as rough afterwards as it arrived. Normally after the maintenance at a real Ford dealer my car is smooth and you feel it got its required maintenance.
Staff is friendly but should be trained on maintaining Ford cars if they really want to go that direction. Lots to improve

Interested in a car? Made an appointment, and the day before you arrived, you sold it to a passerby.
That's just not polite. So here's a tip: don't make an appointment and just show up.

I always get excellent and fast help when I have a breakdown with my work van.
I also always have good contact with the reception staff; they're so down-to-earth, and that's what makes them special.
Hats off to the men and women there.
