I'm thoroughly enjoying driving my recently purchased Citroën C3. ViaBovag referred me to this car, and with the combination of Bovag and the Emerpark warranty, I know I've purchased a car that's capable of more than I could have hoped for. I also feel well-supported and treated by the attentive, service-oriented staff at Emerpark Amersfoort, especially one salesperson. So, here are my compliments, as I receive them every day when I arrive somewhere in this car!

It's a good thing these garages have contracts with leasing companies; otherwise, you'd never go back. I had my tires changed for the second time. The first time wasn't successful, both times the tires weren't there, and after the change, my rims were covered in grease and dirt. I was invited to leave a review and was called, apologized for, and so on. They said they would clean my rims if I was around. I'd hoped they'd be more professional this time, but unfortunately, they weren't. I was invited to write another review, and because I gave it a failing grade, it wasn't posted immediately. The garage was supposed to have seven days to call me or something to rectify the situation. It's been more than seven days now and I haven't heard anything, hence this review. The staff's friendliness is impeccable, but after contacting my leasing company, I did have my winter tires removed and will have them mounted elsewhere next time. Even when I picked up the tires and was allowed to load them into the car myself, no questions were asked, except that they weren't sure if there were any costs involved. I'm comforted by the fact that these kinds of situations occur frequently at most brand dealerships. They're too big, impersonal, and uninterested.

Terrible dealership. I called the dealership, and the woman on the line was very helpful and said the problem could be resolved quickly and that I could be helped that same day. When I arrived, I stood at the counter. There was no employee to be seen. After registering, I was asked to wait a moment. I wasn't offered coffee or tea. After half an hour, the employee told me my car was ready. I was happy, but then told me the problem hadn't been resolved and that further investigation was required. The final bill was €50 for a half-hour investigation and no progress whatsoever. After I confronted the employee about this, I received a response devoid of customer service or empathy: "We cost €100 an hour, after all." Well, I know one thing: this dealership won't get a second of compensation from me. They lure you to the dealership, then mislead you and make money from you. DON'T FALL FOR IT!

On Friday afternoon around 4:00 PM, I received excellent service from Alwin at the after-sales reception and two mechanics from the workshop. The problem was resolved within 45 minutes, and I was ready for the weekend with a smile. Exceptionally friendly service and great coffee. Thanks, guys!

I picked up my new C1 today and received a warm welcome from Nathan van Dommele. The car was ready for delivery very quickly. I'm very satisfied with this company and will recommend this Citroën dealership to everyone. I'm happy with the car and the warm and hospitable welcome. Fantastic!
